Durham World Heritage Site

Hiltonian Media is delighted to announce the launch of a new website for the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Durham. Developed over an extended period in conjunction with Durham University and Durham Cathedral, the website is aimed at tourists, inquisitive locals and academics alike.
Content for the website was written by Durham World Heritage Site Co-ordinator, Seif El Rashidi, who said “We want people to enjoy the WHS as much whether they’re an eight-year-old child or an expert on Norman cathedrals.”
The website was launched to coincide with the beginning of celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the site’s inscription by UNESCO. Phase Two of development is now underway.
